One of the best ways to start the week is by having dinner at Rubicon Brewpub. On Monday nights, pints are $2.50. They usually have a good crowd, mostly mid-town locals. The food is good, the service is great, the beer is excellent. I especially like their amber ale, similar to the photo above, only fuller.
The only thing better than Mondays at Rubicon is … Tuesdays at Rubicon. The beer is $2.00
