Sacramento does a pretty good job of keeping the central city area lively and liveable. Many cities allow their middle town areas to suffer while the priorities move out to the suburbs. The central part of the city of Sacramento has many new commercial and residentail buildings, offering a base of residents to attract downtown businesses.
I call this building the “bugzapper” building. At night, the bright blue corner lights are visible for many miles.
I imagine if Mothra attacked Sacramento, we wouldn’t need to call the Army to kill Mothra; we’d just wait til nightfall. When this building lights up, the poor killer moth could not resist the temptation.
