Deep frying the goods

The West Coast Brew Fest attracted over 3,000 guests at its 2007 event at Miller Park in Sacramento. This food vendor was cooking the deep-fryed fish and chips at a lightning pace. Their food was absolutely amazing – the fish melted in your mouth and the seasonings were outstanding.
