These decorative lights are scattered across a plaza in midtown Sacramento. Each one has a glass panel with a unique image engraved on it.
They look like aliens all waiting for a signal from the Mother Ship. When you walk through the plaza, among the sounds of traffic you can almost hear, “Klaatu barada nikto.”
