The Chalk It Up! Art Festival happens each year on Labor Day weekend. Check out last year’s blogpost, too. Local artists use chalk and pastels to decorate sidewalk squares – businesses sponsor the squares and the proceeds benefit Children’s Art Education in the Sacramento Region.
