While the Sacramento valley baked in 109 degree temperatures, the Lake Tahoe area was much more pleasant. Even though it was warm up there, it was tolerable.
This sunset photo was taken from Tallac Vista, just above South Lake Tahoe. On a clear day, you can see… well, a long way.
